Chemistry | 006 | Straight On Till Morning

We all want our Neverland. That place where our dreams come true. Why else have ideas and want to take action on them? You have dreams, and you want them to come true.

It can feel like there is only one route to turning your bright idea into real-world success. "Second star to the right, and straight on till morning". The tried and tested path that everyone before you has followed, the one that all after you will tread.

You have an idea, mature it, get funding, build it, release it, scale, and sell.

This is the traditional path that the founder follows, cradling their newborn concept.

That is not for everyone, though. Many brilliant things are not out there today because this was not suitable for an innovator.

Instead, consider how an idea can follow this path but does it always need carrying by its parent? People have different skills, capabilities and experiences. Why should the most innovative people be expected to be the most business-savvy? The world is specialising, yet the innovation sector is a generalists playground.

Imagine a world where innovators and innovations can follow separate paths. Both enjoy the best road for them. Ideas thriving with the right people at the helm, innovators rewarded for their ingenuity.

If we mix the elements correctly we can make it happen.

It all comes from having the right Chemistry,
